Information you provide
Innovative Academy, Ranjhianwala, Tehsil Bhera, District Sargodha, Pakistan, uses admission information to review applications and contact applicants or their guardians. The form collects the student's name, father's or guardian's name, class applied for, contact number, address and previous school. An application reference and submission date are recorded when an application is saved.
Students should ask a parent or guardian for help when providing personal details. Provide information needed for the application and avoid including unrelated sensitive information.
Authorized administrators manage admissions, academy-approved results and approved study notes. Published results can be found using the results search, so keep your roll number private. Administrative records and admission details are not available through a public admission list.
Gmail admission notifications and Google account access
Gmail notification delivery is enabled only after the academy owner authorizes Google account access and confirms a successful test email. Until those checks are complete, email sending remains disabled; saved admission applications remain available to authorized administrators.
Only the academy owner's account, arsalanyaqoob453@gmail.com, can authorize this integration. Students are not asked to sign in with Google. The integration requests Gmail's send-only permission (gmail.send) to send admission notifications. The openid and email identity permissions confirm that the owner has authorized the intended sender account. It does not request permission to read an inbox or delete email.
Notifications are sent from the verified owner's Gmail account to the same academy-owned address. A notification can include the application number, student's name, class, guardian's name, contact number, submission date and a link to the secure admin dashboard. Google processes the message for delivery. A saved copy of the notification contents and delivery status is held privately so the academy can track delivery and safely handle failures.
Google account information and tokens are used only to confirm the sender's identity, refresh authorized access and deliver these notifications. Innovative Academy does not sell Google user data or use it for advertising. Innovative Academy's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
The owner can revoke this application's access in Google Account third-party connections. Revoking access stops further Gmail API delivery; it does not remove admission applications already held by the academy or emails already delivered.
Hosting, security and retention
Cloudflare hosts the online website and its D1 database. Private admission records, notification data and delivery status are kept in the database for academy review and administration. There is no automatic deletion schedule currently implemented.
When the integration is configured, production OAuth credentials and refresh tokens are stored as encrypted Cloudflare secrets. Private local setup files are excluded from the public website and Git. The admin dashboard requires an authorized passkey and a protected session. Secure cookies, request validation, cross-site request protections, request limits and Cloudflare Turnstile help protect forms and administration.
Cloudflare Turnstile verifies admission requests to reduce automated abuse. The application uses limited security and delivery logs with safe error codes; it does not put admission form contents, passwords or OAuth tokens into those logs. No security system can guarantee that every incident will be prevented.
